Update: If you missed the show and need it to judge (and of course you shouldn’t vote without hearing it) it’s here.

And please patronize our advertisers, they make the show and my mortgage payments possible.

Update 2: It’s interesting to note that people who heard the debate live tended to vote for Attila and people who listened to the podcast tended to vote for Stacy thus far.

As a very random idea: why not have your blog-advertisers as their own page up top? You can link to everyone who advertises with you!

  2. […] if you listened to the debate and want to weigh in on who “won,” the poll is here. If you want to say “hi” to Stacy and congratulate him on acting gracefully in defeat, […]

    Hi,
It seems at 1:46pm or so that Miss Attila was calling a victory for herself. Too soon I think. I just went back to the polls and the results were 38/38%. This makes sense in that there were 24% of the votes for a draw. A draw it should be given that figure.

Will Stacy give us Some Category 5 luv, like Miss Attila did while she was ahead? this could be a win-win for us guys :D

  6. My declaration of victory is based on the judgement of the PANELISTS who were voting this morning, rather than the reax of the blogosphere–which will take longer to come in. That could go either way, and in fact is likely to fall on Stacy’s side because 1) his has a wider readership than I, and 2) some others may simply react to their emotions about the word “feminism” itself–just as Stacy did when he started this fight.

I would hope that people would try to refrain from voting unless they’ve actually listened to the program, but that might be asking a bit much from the old b-sphere.

Ohh. Sounds like a bit of backpeddaling there. It’s not like you to be humble in defeat. Arrogance is Progressive. And always declare yourself the winner.
