…but I dropped a line last night to Dan Benishek suggesting that now that he is getting some notoriety he may want to keep up the momentum by perhaps hiring a gentlemen in a Fedora to come out there and blog and cover his attempt to defeat Stupak. It would be quite interesting to see what people in his district say.

I’ll let you know what he says. My taxes should be done later today and my wife’s birthday has passed so the only bump is my Anniversary on the 9th of next month. So lets see what happens.

  1. Currently you are 1-0 (MA-Special Election) when covering campaigns in person on the ground. 0-1 (NY-23) when covering from home. A tiny sample but the results are what they are.

Good Luck. I hope they hire you.

  2. I love DaHospitalGuys’ take. :)

You would be great and, at $1,000/week, the cheapest means of channeling the anger over health care reform (and the selling out of millions of children) into actual results. Scott Brown had the debate, coupled with his moneybomb, to gain momentum and go from down by a smidge to up by a healthy margin.

Also, we saw after the Palin campaign that the Left will smear and lie in order to defeat their biggest threats. Conservatives need to get their message out to friendly media outlets and at least have some means of controlling the presentation and providing a counter to the liberal spin.

  3. PS – your anniversary is the day after my birthday. :)

  4. Make sure his fedora fits!!!!
