This is my “catch all” service for non specific problems:

So you something is going funny with your PC, maybe your printer isn’t printing or your word document won’t come out right or your background picture won’t work. Let DaTechGuy take care of it!

What I will do:

  • I will take control of your system
  • I will listen to your description of your problem (unless I’ve already done an evaluation).
  • I will fix the issue

——————————————————————–
What I won’t do:

  • I won’t do a service that I offer as a unique service (Virus removal, wireless setup etc). This is my catch all service to cover what isn’t already listed.
  • I won’t install service Packs. If I think it is necessary I will DOWNLOAD them and then re-connect once installed.
  • I won’t keep your money if I can’t fix the problem

——————————————————————————-

What I can’t do even if I wanted to:

  • I won’t do physical repairs It’s a long way to ship and frankly I’ve never liked doing it. Use a local tech for that.
  • I can’t add a feature that requires a newer version of software you are using

————————————————————————————–
System minimums for this service:

A high speed internet connect (DSL or better) that is working

A Microsoft based computer running windows XP service Pack 1 or better

At least 256 mb of Ram.

All necessary cables.

If you don’t know the values on your system on XP right click on MY COMPUTER and choose PROPERTIES or choose SYSTEM in control panel. If you can’t access this info due to a virus I will take that into consideration .

Yes Minister, Yes Prime Minister one day stream

I owe Father Z a bit of thanks. After seeing that clip from Yes Prime Minister I looked for it on NetFlix and it turned out both full series are there.

For some inexplicable reason they are only available for streaming till tomorrow so I jumped in and watched the first 4 episodes. Being a political junkie I found them very funny (particularly “Big Brother”).

It is amazing how relevant a lot of this stuff is but more importantly it is funny. I strongly recommend you take a peek if you have Netflix and give it a chance, you’ll laugh and these days extra laughter sure can’t hurt.

6:32 a.m. They joke about Bibi moving in tanks, hey lets drop rockets on their studio and see what they do?

6:34 a.m. “30 years of incompetence” says Barnicle. Nobody mentions the Union contracts and how the auto makers in the south are doing fine.

6:35 a.m. Brown mentions the unions.

6:40 a.m. Joe is dying from laughter from this stuff on Glenn Beck, but they point out that they are talking about it. The Barnicle shot is VERY funny.

6:42 a.m. Monsters? Barnicle is having a ton of fun.

7:16 a.m. Mika objects to the idea of giving the customer what they want. Boy is that a reporter or not?

7:23 a.m. Did she report on any of Mrs. Clinton’s gaffes?

7:36 a.m. Gregory sounds a lot like Nigel Hawthorne in Yes Minister.

7:40 a.m. Is Washington more concerned with NY then the rest? DUH!

…because even if the Church of England doesn’t grant them a de-certification and they don’t eventually change their minds, I guarantee their public renouncement of Christianity will be noted where it counts.
